Customer agrees to the following terms when purchasing a course from The Beating Heart Center:
All courses purchased are guaranteed to proceed without cancellations from Beating Heart Center except in cases of natural disasters, acts of terrorism/war, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
There is no refund for Blended courses. Traditional course are not refundable without proper notice (see item #3) of cancellation.
Course cancellations require a 24-hour notice for the course to be eligible for a refund.
Students that are a "no-show" or "last minute cancellation" for their scheduled course will have to reschedule and charged a 40 dollar rescheduling fee.
Students can reschedule their class 12 hours from the actual course without any additional costs.
If a student does not pass a course, they can reschedule to repeat the course "once" without incurring any extra cost.
